Please sign-up using a valid email at www.Riiwards.com and automatically get Deals as they are announced.
2. How do I purchase a Deal on Riiwards.com?
Simply browse www.Riiwards.com, select a Deal and then click on the PURCHASE NOW button, then Register for an account (if it’s your first time) or LOGIN to your account. You can then choose to pay via Paypal or any valid credit card.
3. What happens after I purchase a Deal?
You will receive an email Voucher which you can print and take with you to the Merchant.
4. What if I am unhappy or have questions/issues after my purchase?
Please contact the merchant directly, using the contact information published on their Deal page. Riiwards is only a transaction platform being used by the merchant to offer a deal. Merchant is responsible for all issues, complaints, refunds etc.

Great! Please email us at info@riiwards.com and we’ll reach out to them for you! If they sign up, we’ll even give you a $25 Gift Card to be used towards any Deal.

1. I want to offer Hot Deal, how does it work?
Great, all you need to do is reach out to us at info@riiwards.com with your contact info and someone will contact you. We will help you identify the Deal along with restrictions, then run the Deal for you to your customers and our subscribers. Learn more by clicking on OFFER A DEAL in the menu above.
2. If customers have questions or issues, who addresses those?
Riiwards is a transaction platform to help you grow sales by offering Deals profitably. Hence, you the merchant are responsible for all issues, refunds, and customer support around your Deal. The contact information you publish with your Deal is what is used by customers to contact you.
3. How often can I offer a Deal?
We typically recommend offering a Deal quarterly, however you can choose to offer it as often as once a month.
4. What if I don’t have a loyal customer list?
No issues, we help you build it fast via our Loyalty Rewards application, starting at just $25 per month! We review this with you during our first call.
5. How do I know if Riiwards is right for me?
During our first call, we will help you determine the answer to this question. However, please note that an ideal Hot Deal merchant is a business that already has a list of loyal customers (at least 100) and wants to offer a Deal to make cash flow.
6. What if I don’t want to offer 50% discount? How much does Riiwards charge for a merchant for their services?
Riiwards was created to meet the needs of a merchant, so you decide how much discount to offer. You can offer as little as 20% but note your sales will also be fewer than if you offered a deeper discount. However, the choice is yours!
Riiwards charges a small fixed fee of 20% as well as any charges from credit card companies or Paypal for processing your Deal.
