Stan is a senior manager and technologist with extensive experience both in industry and technology spanning over thirty years. For the past year and a half, Stan has been developing software at a south bay startup to support a cloud based inventory tracking system using passive and active RFID technologies.
Over his career he has held several senior management positions starting with SPRINT when it was just a startup to founding a consulting firm focused on delivering material management systems within the healthcare industry to Director of Systems at an early stage networking company to CIO of a paper mill. This varied background led Stan to Interleaf where he was Senior Vice President responsible for product management and development, worldwide customer support and business development. During his tenure, Stan's team repositioned the product set, which laid the foundation for a future acquisition. He subsequently took over as head of engineering for a local software startup in Pleasanton.
Stan has also served as a management and technology consultant to companies such as Hughes Aircraft, Incyte Genomics, Clearsight Systems and Northrop Grumman. He holds a BS from California State University and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley.
Samya Boxberger-Oberoi - VP Global Products
Samya is a seasoned professional with 15 years experience in globalization with both startups and large companies, including Amazon, Fox Interactive Media, Danger, Openwave Systems and Sybase. She brings world class leadership in global product development and deployment. She launched internet
and mobile product offerings on a global scale in established and emerging markets.
Over the past 15 years, Samya has held leadership positions in
Engineering, Product Management, and Program Management. When Openwave
was still a startup (aka. Phone.com), Samya built the globalization
initiatives from the ground up. During her tenure as Director of
Internationalization and Localization, Openwave deployed its gateways,
internet and mobile solutions with the top 70 operators worldwide. She
went on to lead the globalization efforts at Danger prior to its
acquisition by Microsoft. She enabled the launch of Danger's cloud
based services and mobile solutions in Europe, North America and
Australia. As Director of International Products for Fox Interactive
Media, Samya subsequently led Photobucket international expansion and
monetization. Most recently, she led Amazon's Kindle international
programs.
Samya has also served as a globalization consultant for companies in
the Bay area. She speaks several languages and holds a M.A. from the
University of South Carolina, Columbia.
Andy is a practiced CEO/entrepreneur with successful track records in chain store specialty retail, retail mall development, technology and social media.
Andy is currently the CEO of EventBoard, and he is the Co-Founder of Erodr, a stealth-mode geo-social iOS app.
From 2010-2012 Andy was VP GM SMB Services for Reply, Inc. He was the founder of OurStory.com and Tribbit.com, and the founding executive director of Tagvault.org. Andy was Entertainment Group President for EBS, and played strategic role in Simon Property Group (SPG). He was President of Sacha London, then became the founding Entertainment Group President for EBS. He was the Co-Founder and President of Simon Brand Ventures.
In 1998 Andy joined Excite as VP and GM. In 2000 Andy became the CEO of Contact.com, and in 2001 became the first COO of In-Q-Tel. He co-founded Open Field Software. In 2005 he formed OurStory.

Bill Foley is a talented, results driven Senior Level General Manager with over 25 years experience in the Foodservice industry. He has made contributions to notable companies including Saga Corp., Pizza Hut, Round Table Pizza and Tomatina International. Bill's extensive experience includes operating small companies to Fortune 500 companies with a focus on scaling operations, turning around underperforming businesses, and leading and developing cross-functional teams.
Bill, most recently, was President and COO of Tomatina, a mid scale restaurant chain focusing on freshly made Italian fare. He was recruited by the Board of Directors to assist the company in its efforts to grow the chain. In 2012, Bill and his team successfully sold Tomatina to a local Bay Area company. Prior to Tomatina, Bill served as a Corporate Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations for Round Table Pizza, a 500-unit chain on the West Coast. In the space of 8 years he was able to build an organization that operated 140 restaurants generating over $135 million in revenue!
Martin is a senior program and project manager, business and operations manager with 20 years of experience across different industries such as Small Businesses, Medical, Energy, Telecom, Satellite control systems.
During his time as VP Operations at nuAlerts.com Martin has been the go-to person to keep operations going and support customers, while following his passion in product conceptualization and hands-on web design.
Over his international career Martin held senior Project Manager positions at Siemens Medical Solutions as well as Siemens Shared Services, was business manager at Siemens Corporate Research, overseeing cross-functional teams and international projects with effective processes, leadership and technical competence.
Martin holds an MBA from St. Mary's College, CA, a PhD in Technical Physics as well as MS in Engineering from Technical University Vienna, Austria.
